		<description>Maud, sorry to hear about your condition, i think we are in the same boat. i was told i have degenerative disc and ostioarthritis in my thoracic spine between my sholder blades. the pain is awfull and no matter what i do nothing is helping. just wondering is degenerative disc the same as a rupture. please email to tammyjeanine66@yahoo.com. i do hope you can find some comfort.</description>

I just made my injury worse and now it spread to my abdominal region. i was dumb and didn&#039;t know i had a thoracic injury for 4 years. i assumed i had a typical back injury. i can only perform basic exercises without weights but no more dam bending and twisting. squats now hurt it.
